If you have recently been, or are currently involved in the Family Law “system”, the BBC would like to hear from you.
Specifically if you’ve had dealings with CAFCASS. They would like to know your experiences with CAFCASS and any thoughts you have on the visibility of Family Courts, now that the press are prevented allowed to report certain cases. Any links to these would be most welcome, as it has been suggested that the courts are more stringent about reporting restrictions since the “opening” of the courts.
