To ask the Attorney-General pursuant to the answer of 13 December 2010 Official Report, column 447W, to the hon. Member for Newcastle upon Tyne North, on rape: offences against the administration of justice, if he will consider the merits of collecting data on the number of women prosecuted for (a) perverting the course of justice, (b) perjury and (c) wasting police time following the withdrawal of a complaint of rape or domestic violence.
