To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what consideration his Department has given in its invitation to tender for (a) prison law and (b) family law services in 2010 to ensuring that the technical and professional ability specifications are (i) reasonable and proportionate and (ii) compliant with the provisions of clause 15 (12) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.
