To ask the Secretary of State for Education how many parenting orders have been issued for (a) truancy and (b) other offences in (i) Doncaster, (ii) South Yorkshire and (iii) England since their introduction.
Only 9617 orders between 1998 & 2008 ? Surely there should have been more, if for nothing else but to educate the "yoof" and children that are having children.
