To ask the Secretary of State for Education what recent assessment he has made of the quality of reports provided by Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service to family courts.
Comment by #wco: How can OFSTED review the quality of reports when the answer in a previous question http://www.theyworkforyou.com/wrans/?id=2011-05-04a.53861.h clearly states there is no review by Dept for Education or CAFCASS of outcomes from these reports?
Does this mean that OFSTED can actually get to review the outcomes of the Family Court? If this is so, then why can't other RELEVANT agencies review the Family Court outcomes .. like Justice Department or DWP ???
