To ask the Secretary of State for Education in how many cases Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service has recommended mediation between parents in each of the last five years.
Comment by #wco: a conspiracy theorist may suggest that CAFCASS don't support mediation as it reduces or removes their role and so their existance could be questioned .. and that lawyers make money from the Family Court not mediation ...
