To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many and what proportion of child maintenance cases with an assessment and payment schedule were fully compliant in the 12 months to the end of March 2010; and what proportion of such cases (a) resulted in payments of (i) 50 per cent. or more and (ii) less than 50 per cent. of the child maintenance due and (b) were wholly non-compliant.
