To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many parents without care have records on the post-2003 Child Support Agency computer system and make payments at pre-2003 rates.

You should arrange, pending the introduction of the 3rd new system, to amend these cases to post-2003 rates.
NRP's paying maintenance through CMEC/CSA:
If you're on the pre-2003 rates, we would strongly suggest asking for a new assessment and get your local MP to write to them to arrange for transfer to the post-2003 CS2 computer system and rates.
