To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what estimate (a) his Department and (b) the Legal Services Commission has made of the number of legal aid funded cases that were unnecessary in the last four years.
Comment by #wco: Shame on the government and judiciary for allowing situations to escalate to needing court procedures to enforce civil & human rights issues - particularly within the Family Court environment.
